Ingredients:
A tin if condensed milk
A tablespoon of butter.

Method:
Put saucepan on fire to heat for a min void of all water
pour condensed milk in saucepan
Add the butter
start stirring
continue stirring till the colour changes to golden brown and the liquid solidifies.
Clean work surface/chopping board and spread a little butter on the surface
Put the pasty toffee onto your working surface.
Allow to cool for about 5 mins.
Roll into a flat rod shapes.
Cut into desired shapes and sizes.
Keep in air tight container for storage.
