Ingredients:
10 oz bread flour
2 Table spoons sugar
A pinch of salt
A pinch of grated nut meg
1 Table spoon of butter
2x7g dry yeast

Method:
1 Measure and pour flour into mixing bowl
2 Add the grated nutmeg
3 Add salt
4 Add sugar
5 Add your butter
6 Rub in all the ingredients
7 Add the sachets of dry yeast and rub in
8 Add your warm water gradually whiles mixing the dough till the right consistency
9 Kneed the dough till nice and smooth, elastic and soft
10 Mould the dough into shape.
11 Make incision as desired
12 Put into your greased baking pan
13 Cover the dough with a damp cloth for about 15- 20 min for the dough to proof.
14 Preheat the oven for about 5 min at 210C/ 425F /Gas Mark 7
15 Put the dough in the oven and bake for about 20-25 min
16 Check whether bread is ready and remove from oven.
17 Allow to cool and swerve as breakfast, as tea etc.etc.
