Ingredients:

Half ball of Fante / Ga kenkey
6 teaspoon Sugar
Peanut
Pinch of nutmeg
Fresh milk (about 2 cups or as much as possible)

Method:
1 Remove the packaging from the kenkey
2 Cut the desired amount
3 Cut them into smaller pieces into the blender
4 Add the sugar
5 Add the fresh milk
6 Blend till very smooth
7 Serve and enjoy with peanut. sprinkle the nutmeg to garnish
Add evaporated milk for more creamy taste.
