How To Prepare Tsofi (Turkey Tails)

1 Wash clean the turkey
2 Cut of enough fat off the tail, and the skin
3 Cut into desired sizes
4 Season with blended ginger, garlic, onion mixture
5 Add the magie tablet and other spices of choice- Rosemary, Jake seasoning, ground cloves.
6 Add salt if needed.
7 Cover the pan and steam under low heat for about 20- 30 min. stiring occasionally.
8 Put the frying oil on fire till hot
9 Start deep frying the tails for 3-5 min or till golden brown.
Serve with fried yam, banku etc.
