Ingredients:
4 fingers very riped plantain
Cooking oil
Spices- chilli
cloves
small cloves- esuro wisa
ginger
onion
Salt

Method:

1 grind all the spices in the grinding pot earthen wear.
2 Add salt
3 Peel the plantain and slice them evenly into the grounded spices.
4 Pour the oil into the frying pot and allow to heat up
5 Put the spiced plantain into the saucepan in batches and deep fry till cooked
6 remove and put in the strainer to remove excess oil.
7 Allow to cool and serve with roasted peanut.
can be had as a starter or as a snack
