Ingredients:
green plantain
salt
cooking oil

Method:
1 wash and peel the plantain
2 Use the wide side of your grater to shred the plantain into thin slices.
3 sprinkle a little salt on the plantain
4 spread the sliced plantain on a tray and leave in warm oven for about 5-10 minutes. (optional)
5 Heat the vegetable oil
6 Put the sliced plantain into the oil, individually to prevent them for sticking together.
7 Remove after about 2-3 minutes
8 Allow to cool and serve as a starter or snack with roasted peanuts.
