Ingredients:
-Pineapple peels and cores( well washed)
-Cloves
-Sugar
-Lemon
Method:
1 Wash the pineapple very well and peel of the skin
2 Take up the cores and hard parts
3 Put the peels and cores into the saucepan
4 Add the sugar and cloves
5 Put to a boil for about 30- 45 minutes
6 Allow to cool, and blend
7 Strain the mixture in a fine strainer
8 Squeeze one half of the lemon juice into the pineapple
9 Strain tow more times to remove any excess chaff
10 Pour into your jar and refrigerate
11 Shake well and serve when cool.
