Preparing Smoked Mackerel

Ingredients:
Fresh mackerel
Soy sauce
Salt

Method:

1 Wash and dress the fish
2 Sprinkle some salt on the fish
3 Place them on rack and put in grill at gas mark 4 or 180* C
4 Turn fish after 15th and 30th mins
5 Remove from grill and brush some soy sauce on the fish on both sides
6 Put back in grill for another 10 min.

Fish ready.
