Ingredients:
2 large roots of Ginger cleands and chooped
1 Lemon
Few cloves
Sugar
Method:
1 Pour the chopped ginger into the saucepan
2 Add the sugar
3 Add the cloves
4 Add water
5 Boil for about 30 -40 minutes
6 Allow to cool and blend
7 Strain the ginger mixture to remove the chaff
8 Strain two more times to get rid of any
( if more water is need for the straining, then boiled water should be used as part of the preservation process)
9 Squeeze the lemon into the drink
10 Pour into a jug and put in the refrigerator to cool.
Serve when chilled( shake jug before serving)
