Ingredients:
Fresh fish, dressed and cut into desired sizes
2 tins of tomato plumbs
3 large onions
Pepper
Garlic
Ginger
1 Table spoon of flour (any will do)
Salt
Bay leaves
Magie cube or season of choice
Palm oil

Method:

1 Clean and season the fish by marinading in ginger, garlic and onion mix
2 Pour some palm oil into the saucepan and add the chopped onion for about 3-5 min.
3 Add your flour and stire through for a couple of minutes
4 Blend the vegetables ie tomatoes, onions , pepper
5 Add the blended vegetables
6 Add the bare leaves
7 Allow it to cook for about 5 minutes
8 Add season of choice
9 Add the seasoned fresh fish with the stock, add whole chilly if required for extra heat.
10 Add some water, and allow to cook for about 10 to 15 min
11 Stire gently if need be as the fish can easily break and be mushy.
12 Allow to simmer a couple more minutes and serve with banku, Eba, etew etc.
