Ingredients:

corn flour
sugar
nutmeg
peanuts

Method:

1 Divide the corn mill into two portions
2 Cook one half of the corn mill like a hard banku
3 Allow it to cool
4 Mix the cooked corn flour/ mill with the uncooked one, add sugar
5 Add nut meg and mix well
6 Take small portions and mold them into shapes of choice
7 Use some corn mill to dust the balls or shapes
8 Insect the peanuts into the balls of corn mill
9 Heat the oil for deep frying
10 Put the bamfu bisi in the oil on medium heat and fry till golden brown.
11 Serve with peanut. Enjoy
