1 Cup Beans Cooked till tender
Dried fish &/ salted fish
1 large tomatoes
1 Wash clean the beans and bring to a boil for about 30minutes or till tender.
2 Pour some of the palm oil into the saucepan and unto the hub
3 Chop half of the onions and fry in the oil
4 Blend the tomatoes with the rest of the onion and pepper
5 Put the salted fish in the the oil and fry with the onion for about a couple of minutes
6 Add the dried fish and stir.
7 Pour the blended tomato mixture to the stew.
8 Allow to reduce , keep stiring every now and then.
9 Add the beans and stir, check salt and its ready to go.
10 Serve with fried plantain, boiled rice etc.
