Ingredients:

• A bowl of boiled pasta – in salted water
• Cooking bacon (nicely sliced into small sizes)
• A bottle of carbonara source
• 1 medium size onion sliced
• 1 medium sized carrot nicely sliced
• Few slices of mixed sweet peppers
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon black / white pepper
• 4 Table spoon full of pesto
• 1 table spoon of cooking oil

Method:

1. Fry your onion in your cooking pan
2. Add the bacon and fry for about 3-5
3. Add the carrot and mixed vegetables and stir, allow to cook for about 5 minutes
4. Add the chilli pepper( roughly chopped, optional)
5. Add a half teaspoon black / white pepper
6. Add the carbonara sauce and stir to mix well
7. Add the pesto ( mixed herbs blended with cheese)
8. Now add the boiled pasta to the mixture and stir well.
9. Ready to be served on its own or with shito to spice it up to our Ghanaian taste
