3 in 1 seasoning
2 large onions
½ medium size root garlic
5 cloves of garlic
Wash and peel the onions, garlic and ginger
Cut them into small sizes for the blender
Add enough water to be able to blend
Blend them till a smooth paste consistency is achieved
Pour into ice cube mould or any small containers of choice.
(This should be such that, you can use it all when needed)
Freeze them and use as many of the small cubes as needed for your dishes when cooking.
(It comes ready to avoid having to peel these spices all the time. Time saving technique.)
