How To: Lemon Flavoured Fried Eggs With Veggies

Ingredients:
4 large eggs
Spring onions
Mixed sweet peppers red, yellow, green ( 1/8th portions)
White pepper (powdered)
Tomatoes ½ medium
Lemon
Coconut oil for frying

Method:

1. Slice the sweet peppers, tomatoes,
2. Chop the spring onions
3. Crack the eggs and put them into your mixing bowl one at a time.
4. Add the vegetables
5. Squeeze a tablespoon lemon juice onto the egg to reduce the fresh egg smell
6. Add a pinch of the white pepper
7. Add salt to taste
8. Beat the egg to mix
9. Put a tablespoon of coconut oil into the pan to melt
10. Add the egg and allow to cook for about 3 minutes
11. Turn the egg over to cook the other side
12. Press the egg with your spatula to be sure there isn’t any fresh egg uncooked.
13. Put the egg on the plate and serve with your bread and tea.
