Ingredients: for 2 adults & 2 children

***Grilled Chicken***
Whole chicken cut in quarters)
Half lemon juice
Olive oil(3 table spoons)
Salt
Vegetable seasonings
Onga chicken season
Onga mix (ginger, onion garlic)
Red pepper paste
Chili pepper

***Prawn &vegetable skewers***

1/2 pouch of king prawns
(outer covering removed)
2 gloves of garlic crushed
2 teaspoons butter
6 closed cup mushrooms
halved
Bell/ sweet peppers
Vegetable seasons
Powdered chili pepper
Skewers
Cabbage / lettuce leaves for ‘bedding-garnish’
Slice of lemon for garnishing
